QUESTION: How do I fix me weight? Get healthy mindfully??

I can’t seem to find a Right answer.

For context: I’m 4’11 and 222lbs/ overweight. 2 years ago I was 154lbs and FIT. Never been in a gym. Only longboarding and poverty living… —

Due to lifestyle changes/ depression I’ve ate a lot of weight onto my body&& lost a lot of muscle mass.

Now, I’m in the gym weekly even tho it’s just the same few workouts I know. & I’m eating ‘healthy’ yet seem to only gain weight/ lose no fat… —

I know I need to eat at a caloric deficit, but now that I cut out eating so much emotionally… I struggle to eat 1000 calories or more in a day. Which leads to a binge ED occasionally. For example, I hardly ate the last 4 days and then last night I actually ate a soft taco, chalupa & Grilled cheese burito over 2 hours for dinner at 11pm 😩
