Feel like this isn't my body

Hi there, I am new here and I am just wanting some input and advice. In Oct/Nov of 2023 I just hit a wall and I felt like a totally different person from who I had been. I gained about 20lbs (9kg) in less than a year. I often have the sensations that I am walking around in someone's body or "this isn't my body". It's awful and uncomfortable.

I decide it was time to face reality and I did a body fat measurement at the gym today and saw that I gained 12% body which means that virtually every pound I gained was fat. I needed to see this. My initial impulse is to go HAM on the cardio, but I know I need to lift weights. Any input on how to lose this? I can give some stats below and please do not criticize me for these behaviors, I know they are not healthy and I am working to improve them. I think I have some underlying health issues I am getting checked out in November 2024.

Previous specs from Jan-Oct/Nov of 2023

height: 5'7" weight: 135-140lbs; BF: 23%; chest 34"; waist: 26"; hips 39.5-40"; high energy and felt great. I would rotate between a 5 week exercise program that had 3x/week strength training and then 4x/week strength training. 4-5x week I would walk or bike for 45-60 mins at a RPE of 5/10 and this was relaxing, i would usually read a book and listen to classical music whilst walking. i would sit in the sauna for 20 minutes and read more. I never counted my calories, but I would try to get 20 grams of protein in at every meal and I'd eat about 4-5x/day. I never really felt hungry, I imagine I probably ate 1800 cals/day

THEN November came and I was tired all the time, I would make it to the gym maybe 1x every 3-4 weeks. I do 2 strength trainings a week and by wed/thursday I am very tired and lay in bed during the morning instead of moving. I come home from work ~7pm and sleep straight until 7am. I often eat processed foods as I unmotivated to cook. I am often very sore after my sporadic workouts. My current measurements are: height: 5'6" weight is 148.5-150; BF 30%; chest: 37", waist 30"; hips: 43". Sorry this was so long!
