on my tdee calculator, it gives me two numbers: estimated calories per day to lose 1lb/week, and estimated calories per week to lose 1lb/week. I obviously break it down evenly by day, but I was wondering if there’s anyone out there who breaks it up by week and budgets less for certain days and more for others?
I don’t necessarily ask this for those who eat in a deficit on weekdays and let themselves eat at maintenance on weekends. I more so am asking for those who may “bank” calories on certain days. Does this work for you?
I’m going to be going back to college soon and think it may be easier to slightly lower my daily intake for a few days per week so to have slightly more cals on other days where i anticipate i’ll want/need more cals. but i want to know if this affects my body in a different way.
this may be a stupid question so sorry if it’s been asked/answered before.
