so for the past week i’ve been in a bad head space and didn’t eat over 700 cals (probably less) and lost 4 pounds. i know that this isn’t healthy but i’ve been trying to lose weight and i had already lost around 7 pounds before this (the healthy way) so i’d really like to keep the weight off. i know when you are in a severe deficit you shouldn’t immediately go back to your normal calories, so im currently reverse dieting. my starting point is 600 and im going to go up 100 every week to get back to a healthy amount for my body. but since i need atleast 1200 i was wondering if this is the right approach because it would take a good amount of time, and i don’t want to do further damage to my body.
