What to have in empty stomach for fat loss?

Hey Reddit fam, I'm a 25M struggling with my weight and trying to get back into shape. Here's my current routine: I usually hit the sack around 4am and wake up at 11am, head to work, and get back home by 7pm. Then it's off to the gym at 8pm for a solid 2-hour workout. My eating schedule revolves around brunch at 1pm, which typically consists of brown rice, veggies, and chicken or egg. Come 5pm, it's tea and biscuits time, followed by a post-gym meal of more brown rice, protein, and veggies, unless I'm feeling tired and tempted by junk food.

Now, I'm looking to shed some pounds, so I'm thinking of ditching the brown rice at night and swapping it out for Indian bread and veggies. But I'm also wondering about eating on an empty stomach in the morning. I used to be an athlete, but I've fallen out of shape, so I need to ease back into my diet without overwhelming myself. I've heard suggestions like chewing garlic, having lemon and apple cider vinegar, or even drinking beetroot juice or ash gourd.

Could anyone recommend a diet plan with timings? Just to give you an idea, I'm 140kg and 183cm tall, living in Mumbai, India. Appreciate any advice!
