I’ve been eating at 2,000cals for the past 2 months, having great workouts (carbs or no carbs before workout) losing about 2lbs per week. Last week I actually lost a whopping 3lbs.
This past whole week I literally feel like a sloth who can barely conjure up enough energy to stand for more than 10 minutes. I get to the gym and quickly realize i’m exhausted and just leave after like 2 weak sets of bench press.
What’s going on? anybody have experiences with this?
Either I have to increase my carbs or calories I eat like 250g carbs per day. I’m going to start eating 2250 cals per day and see what happens
