5’4 23f started at 145 I’m now 127. So I was just slightly overweight starting off my journey. But I just for the life of me can’t see any changes in my body. Doing Pilates with arm weights, going on 3 mile runs almost every single day, counting my calories in a caloric deficit. I just can’t see any changes in my body. My bf says he thinks that I look smaller and that my face looks thinner but idk if he’s just saying that to be nice. When do yall start noticing the weightloss? My goal is to be 120 or lower than that depending on how I feel and look when I reach that goal.
Is it because of my starting weight that I can’t see it yet, or what’s up? Is this normal? Am I doin something wrong.
