I recently went on a 4 day vacation and completely indulged in food. I estimate that I consumed between 30,000 to 40,000 calories I just couldn't stop eating. Upon returning home, I discovered I had gained over 5 kilograms. It's a terrible feeling; I had worked so hard to go from 102 kilograms down to 59 kilograms, and now I'm back up to 65 kilograms. It's incredibly disheartening, and I feel like I've let myself down. I'm sorry for this setback. How can I overcome this mental hurdle? It's agonizing to face. I know I can just go back to my diet instantly but it’s just that feel of self disgust like I failed myself.
