Do you support the idea of a 'cheat-meal'?

If no, why not, and if yes, how often do you have it? And do you have a specific dish or what? For me, it's either a chicken sandwich with fries or Shawrma with fries.

I personally have it once every 3-4 weeks and I even when I do, I try not to go over the top, since I did suffer with an eating disorder [ Bulimia ] so I am very cautious about this. I still think it's fine to including a take-out once in a while as long as I am mentally okay with it.

Do you think it's a good choice for you personally?
