I’m a 5’6 male. There was a point in 2022 that I weighed 160lbs. Today I’m 134lbs. I’ve cut back on eating and I work out 3-5 times a week depending on the weather. I like to do sprints outside but it’s hard to do now that the weather has gotten colder. I bought some thermal clothing last week and now I wonder how I ever lived without them.
I’m a big calorie counter. I make sure to have a specific number for breakfast/lunch/dinner. The thing that kind of worries me is that I’ll meet that number but the food I’m eating is junk. Like if my goal is 1500 calories a day, I’ll stay at that number but I may have ate McDonald’s for all three meals.
Another thing I’m worried about is I drink at least three 12oz diet soda’s as day. It’s probably been that way for the last five years. I got hooked on diet soda after I quit regular soda. I quit regular soda because it was the number one thing that triggered acne breakouts for me. I do get heart burn every once in a while. I quit drinking black coffee every morning too because it started giving me heartburn as well.
I feel fine and think I’m a good weight for my height. I’m just worried if the things I’m consuming are going to cause health problems down the line. Like for example will the diet soda cause harm to my kidneys?
