I made a salad today with the following:
3.2 oz Romaine 2.5 oz shredded rotisserie chicken breast (no skin) 0.8 oz provolone 1.2 oz light ranch 0.5 oz Frank's red hot 0.6 oz Southwest tortilla strips
385 calories 16.7 g carbs 21.6 g fat 32.9 g protein
I am trying to be intentional with my meals and learn more about macros and stuff 🤷🏼♀️ My daily calorie goal is 1200. I want to eat meals that obviously fit into my calories for the day, but are also filling to avoid my tendencies to snack.
Do yall have any opinions on this particular meal? Anything I can swap, add, or exclude? I am super new to this and appreciate any feedback! 😊
