Is it normal for your bones/body to hurt if you lay on the floor while fat

I’ve started exercising at home with some simple youtube tutorials and I noticed my bones/joints hurt whenever I’m doing something like - kneeling (knees hurt) - laying down on the floor (spine and lower back hurts) - doing some kind of exercise where my hands are on the floor and carrying some weight (my palms hurt)

If I’m just exercising standing up then my joints don’t hurt. I am 22F obese bmi 35. I usually put some blankets on the floor because I don’t have any workout equipment. Is this normal? Am I just dumb and need to get an actual exercise mat?
