I’ve been trying to lose the (around) 40lbs I gained during covid for over two years now, and admittedly, I obviously have not been trying hard enough.
I know how it all works for the most part and what I need to do to lose the weight e.g. eating less and healthier, and exercising more. I just need to need somewhere to talk about it all, as maybe it will help me take some accountability.
Therefore I’ll aim to keep active on here with my progress or setbacks, and maybe post some of my meals here and elsewhere.
I’m confident that I’m going to get back to a healthier weight this year so I need to remain in that positive mindset.
