Tips for people working in the food industry

Hi, I weigh 230lbs and am trying to get down to 180. I do weight training 6 times a week, and try to do 20 minutes of cardio after my workouts at least 3 times a week, shooting for 6 though. But I have a problem-I work in a school kitchen and because of that, I get to eat lunch and dinner for free, but that also means that I have no control over what I eat, if I eat the school food. It's not necessarily the most healthy food, but it's not exactly super fattening either. I think my biggest weakness is seconds, and have been trying to not go back through the line for that, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Do I need to just stop eating the kitchen food altogether and bring my own, or do more cardio, or something else altogether. Would love your input. Thanks!
