I'm a 16 y/o girl who's 5'3ft (161cm) and weighs about 105lbs (48kg) and I've desperately been wanting to lose face fat ever since I started puberty and gained weight in my face. The problem is that I know you can't spot reduce fat, and in order to lose face fat I'd have to lose weight in general. However, every time I download a weight loss app, it tells me my goal to lose weight wouldn't be healthy, as it would result in me being underweight if I lost as little as 4lbs/2kg. I have no idea what to do, and I am so frustrated about the fact that it's as if I can't do anything about the fact that majority of the fat I gain goes to my face. Does anyone have any tips? It would be a huge help
