Buckling Down and Making A Plan.

I finally got my appointment with the weight loss center. I'm going to make one more concerted effort at non-surgical methods, but I'm open to the surgical route if that's where I need to go. I've been on Ozempic with minimal weight loss (about 15-20 lbs) for more than a year, so we're stopping that and focusing on nutrition. All of my labs are technically within normal limits, although I think there could be some possible secondary hypothyroidism there because my TSH is just barely within the low end of the range. I'm considering seeing a naturopath because the MDs and DOs really seem to be looking at the numbers and not the patient
I do not enjoy strength training, but I know I need to be doing it way more consistently than I am.

Does anyone know of an app or other resource that makes strength training more fun or gamifies it (something like Zombies, Run does for running)?

How about any online-based personal trainers that you can recommend?
