I had become a little bit fat, with a BMI of 27 or so. Now I'm losing weight quickly by exercising everyday, eating little (and no sugar, no junk, whole foods only).
I'm loving how quickly I'm shedding weight, but I'm worried I'm going too fast, but at the same time I don't feel like upping my intake.
I'm hoping that when I get to a BMI of 22 (currently 24.3) I should be able to start eating in surplus to gain muscle.
Any experience with this?
I gained weight due to meds, I've never had any issues with food. Like I won't relapse into a binge eating habit or something.
