What am I doing wrong here?

Just had a follow up lipid blood test 3 months later and found that my HDL has gone up but ALSO my LDL.

I had a lipid test July 20th. My LDL was 51. Today it’s 84. My HDL was 36 in July and 41 today and feels like it should be a lot more. Like my LDL jumped by 33 and my HDL only by 5??!! Although my Cholesterol/HDL ratio went down from 3.9 to 3.6.

My total cholesterol went from 140 to 147. Non HDL went from 104 to 106. Although my triglyceride has come down from 266 to 112. And I attribute that to no coffee this morning.

I hardly ever eat junk food unless we go out and I think I eat way less junk food now than before. However I will say that i eat more fat now than before because I eat less carbs.

But I eat almond butter, peanut butter and I cook with extra virgin olive oil. My meats are chicken thigh, salmon, and chicken breast. Is it because I’m cooking it in the air fryer and the high temperature is turning it into bad cholesterol??

Just don’t know what I need to be eating less to decrease my LDL.

I’ve even lost like 18-20 pounds since my last test.
