Is what I'm doing unhealthy?

I have been watching what I eat and exercising for about 3 months now. I'm 28, 6'0", started out at 274 now at 242. I'm not sure if I'm doing it in a healthy way though. I eat about 2,100 calories a day and net around 1,075 after going to the gym.

What I eat on daily basis besides my cheat day - A fruit smoothie every morning consisting of 2 cups of mixed berries, 1 cup of non fat Greek yogurt, 1 cup almond milk, and a few scoops of protein powder which adds up to be about 475 calories. At lunch I have a banana, 8 ounces of chicken, 4 ounces of brown rice with quinoa, 4 ounces of corn, and add some BBQ sauce for a total of around 660 calories. Mid day I eat 2 apples about an hour before I go to the gym which is around 230 calories. After the gym I have a low carb chicken meal and a protein bar that adds up to be about 740 calories.

Macros is roughly 49g fat, 229g carbs, 200g protein.

At the gym I do 1 hour on the elliptical going a little over 6 miles and on average it says I burn 1025 calories.

I've kind of just been winging it this whole time but wanted to know if what I'm doing is unhealthy and if I should be changing anything.
