20F, 5’4.5, CW: 55kg
Hi everyone. I, 20F have lost around 42 kgs or 90 pounds in 3 years through calorie deficit and walking. I currently stand at 55kgs (121 pounds) at 164.5cm height (5’4.5). I am confused at whether I should lose more and get down to 50 kgs or maintain here.
Since I only currently do cardio I feel like I look skinny fat. I want to start body recomp to get more toned but I don’t know where to start. Also, will i gain weight if I focus on building muscle?
