Changes Suck.

I'm so tired of being fat and hate there's so few restaurants around that aren't healthy and the majority is just junk. I had a really low point the other day and I believe it's because of more sugar consumption. I've been trying to lose weight and finding out that it's harder than I initially realized.
I'm having to revamp my diet, and take it one day at a time. It's difficult. I hate it. And trying to re-do my eating habits, basically sucks, when all my brain wants to do is have the same 'safe' foods I've always had, even though they got me to the point I am now.
What are some things that helped you in your journey when you were just burnt out?
