This October has proven quite worse for me as I fell sick due to changing weather that forced me to take a break. But a new problem emerged for me: back pain for the last three weeks. This back pain has badly affected my gym routine and even trying to stand up feels like a task. It makes me look stupid because I feel like I'm missing something. I'm afraid I can gain back what I've lost after five months of gym. Have tried getting a massage, but no relief. It looks like I've hit a roadblock.
