Hi,
I am a 19 year old male. I currently weigh 115 kg and I am 6 Feet tall. I lost 30 kg last year but gained a good 10 kg this year with a subsequent 5 kg over the last 4 months.
I have been trying to lose weight for 4 months now. I am on a strict diet and have the following items in a day: Avocado, Tomato, 3x Bread, Oatmeal, 2x protein shake, green tea and this according to myfitnesspal ranges to approximately 1200-1300 calories. Along with this, I do a 40 minute walk and a 30 minute - 50 minute workout (full body+ HiiT workout) from the Nike Training App. However, my weight is consistently increasing my 100-200 grams everyday. I burn approximately 500 Calories through these home workouts.
