I began a loose Paleo diet on Sunday, November 8. I'm strictly Paleo with breakfast and snacks, mostly at lunch (the soup/bratwurst/etc. might not be Paleo, but everything else is) and mostly not at all with dinner (I have to eat what my parents put on the table, regardless of whether it's Paleo or not).
I dance ballet for two hours twice a week and modern and lyrical for 1 hour and 15 minutes once a week each (that's 6 hours and 30 minutes per week of dance).
I've also started doing 20 crunches after I get up in the morning and 20 more before I go to bed.
I also want to go on a 15 - 30 minute walk every day after school (we're back full-time and it gets out at 3:10). Would this be helpful?
I started at 119.7 pounds and am currently at 116.4. I've lost 3.3 pounds and want to lose at least 10. Any other tips on what else I should do?
