13F. Yes I know I'm young, but if you got alook at my weight you'd realize why I'm posting here.

I need an at home exercise that won't be too extreme to do at home, but at the same time make me lose half a pound in under two weeks atleast - maybe more if you have any ideas.
I also have severe asthma, alot of smells trigger it, and so does over extent exercise so, I need to be careful. I have been overweight since I was 7, since I saw food as comfort food. I've now gained control over my eating, and stricting myself to only 1200 calories, after I've been eating like 3,000 calories a day.
I'm also mainly looking to lose my stomach fat, with a bit left over *¹, and also lose the cellulite I have, since it's becoming to be very weird for me. I don't really care about thighs, since I've been going to the park and swinging, so I think I have that covered up.
Right now I just want to lose weight, since I can't stand being this heavy. I want to be able to wear short sleeve clothes without people seeing my stretch marks, or if I sit down I don't want people seeing my stomache rolls. Hopefully this won't get taken down again, because I really need help. I see all these people losing weight, and it's motivating, but I don't know where to start.
*¹I don't want to lose all my weight, since I'm fine with being a bit chubby, and still healthy. But right now I just want to lose obvious fat surrounding my body.
I'm open to advice, motivation, and critiques.
