Hi everyone! I’m new to the page and I am trying to diet... again. I just started keto and I’m feeling like I am doing well so far. Last Monday I was 261lbs and today I am 250.8 lbs. I am 5’8” and I have always been on the thicker side. I began gaining weight at 19 (I was 190) when I got into the serious relationship I’m in now. People pointed out they thought I was gaining weight but it was right as I was pregnant so they thought it was due to that. The thing is I gained about 40 lbs before the pregnancy and then. Gained the extra 10 or so during. It’s been 2 years and my weight has fluctuated but mainly around 250 lbs. Every time I look at myself I audibly say “disgusting” or “ugh.” I have a very supportive fiancé and he is so kind with me when I feel down or start a new diet. He has helped me with my measurements to measure my progress over time. I just need some tips or helpful motivation because although I have a good support system I feel like I’m going to fail again. I just want this time to be the last time I am over 250 lbs. my goal weight is 185.
