I lost a considerable amount of weight, why do i still look fat?

I dont want to say "fat" because it sounds harsh, but that is the best way to describe it (not chubby). A while ago I thought "why not" when the topic of weight loss arose. I was 330 lbs at 6'4, now I am 262 lbs and still at 6'4. I can see a big difference from 330 to now, but there is still so much excess fat its just concerning. I have man boobs, almost a muffintop and you can grab a lot of my stomach (not skin, its fat). And my thighs are the same way, if its an exercise thing then can someone point me in the right direction (oh yeah, and to mention I do NOT have body dysmorphia)

I'm male, 6'4, currently 262 pounds and 15
