What can I do to switch this meal plan up to make it taste even better? I like the foods but i feel as if something is missing. I am trying to loose weight. I am currently 189 pounds and want to go down at least 170-175. The plan is to eat around 1650 cal for about 12 weeks. I am so determined to do this. If you look at one of my previous post i was cutting all wrong and basically staying around matinces for about 2 months.
So yea what would you do to this or add to this? Tbh i am tired of eating the sausages but its quick and super easy to make. I am trying to be efficient and save money as much as i can.
Here is my meal plan
tostitos medium salsa- 30ml Kraft 2% cheese- 42g Eggcwhite- 2 93/7 ground beef- 6oz Goya corn tortilla- 1 Baby spinach- 60g
Turkey or chicken sausages- 2links Mix veg- 100g
Chicken breast- 4.5oz broccoli- 100g
Almonds- .8oz Almond milk 45cal- 240ml Mix berries- 100g Whey protien- 52g Jiff nat peanut butter- 25g Honey-5-10g
