Got on the scale this morning, it's been a week and a half. Dropping weight like bombs once I decided I should probably actually go for a walk every day and maybe not try to drink myself to death with cheap beer and wine every day. 7.2 pounds in about a week and a half gone, and I am exactly 29.9 on the BMI, standing at 174.0 this morning. Really proud of myself for quickly reaching my first checkpoint. My next ones: 154, what I weighed about 9 months ago when a whole bunch of really horrible things in my life began to happen and I just 100% gave up and ignored the real world with alcohol and food; 145 after that, my next classification drop on the BMI to "normal"; 130 after that, basically what I weighed during college; 115, which is where I want to end up.
Just wanted to post about how good I feel having done this.
