don’t know why i ate so much and so mindlessly too

I ATE SO FUCKING MUCH AND DONT KNOW WHY. i (16/f) weighed in today at 117.8 lbs! new lowest weight yay! and so I decided to start the day off great with my favorite breakfasts and such because WHY NOT and so it was around 10am and i just kept EATING AND EATING i literally ate my caloric allowance for me to lose weight (1,200) in like 1.5 hours 😐😐😐

so then i was like well what the fuck am i going to do now 🥱... FASTING and so i fasted all the way until 9pm bc i had a walk and integrated some sprints for fitness progression. i knew i’d be hungry after bc of the running but i was like it’s fine i’ll just have a light snack

multiple light snacks after my run i end up totaling to 2,800-3,000 calories eaten for the day 🤚🏼😳 oops anyways can anyone relate? like what do y’all do to help counter and fix this? i know it’s only a day and i have an entire lifetime to lose weight but this is caloric amount is more or less than 2 days of eating for me. Also to people that used to have huge appetites what did you do to help it?

btw most of the calories were from decent whole foods with only around 500 calories of my ~2,800-3,000 being bread cookie ice cream stuff like that i also don’t think i have an eating disorder if that is also needed for context.
