Sooooooo tonight I had the urge to engage in some 4/20 activity and order MAD snacks. This is something that happens to me at least 2-3 times a week and it is simply not okay. It’s a deadly cycle and I am totally addicted to the feeling of binging, but I am desperately trying to break the habit. (And I didn’t order snacks tonight! Yay!)
With that being said, I am wondering if anyone on here would be interested in being some kind of support for me when I have the urge to binge. Someone I can text saying I have the urge, someone who won’t judge, but someone who WILL remind me why it isn’t worth it. I would love to be this for another person as well!
Often it just takes a swift kick in the butt to remind me what is and is not good for me.
