Backsliding...and over it. Help wanted!

Hi All,

I have been on this community for a bit and made good progress, but the lockdown has knocked out a lot of things. I am gorging from home, mostly from stress and trying to deal with my kiddo and my students and their issues. I no longer get to walk between classes and daily gym and weekend long run are gone. I cannot seem to stop eating like shit, am totally unmotivated to log my meals, and although I can go for long walks, I cant seem to muster more. I am not ok. I don't have good stress management mechanisms. I need help on how to fix this. I have erased my progress so far this year but I refuse to let it get worse. Help!
