Advice on weight loss with regards to calories

Hello all,

I am starting my health journey and have already lost 15lbs! It was mostly through nutrition but now I’m working out a lot more. But nothing too vigorous. I’m currently walking for about 1 1/2 hours, or at least 3-3.5 miles about 4-5x a week. I use an Apple Watch to help monitor my progress and MyPlate to track my calories. Here is the rundown of my stats.

Highest weight: 377lbs Current weight: 362lbs

According to My Plate: I should eat 1950 calories, obviously if I don’t burn anything

Average calories burned (not including the calories I burn by existing): ~1200 calories

According to my Apple Watch, I burn in total about 4100 calories.

I’ve typically been eating about 1800 calories.

Is this healthy calorie deficit? Or do I need to be increasing the amount I eat? Or vise versa? I’m trying to better understand a healthy way to lose weight and prevent any stalls. This is the best I have felt and the happiest I’ve been so it’s been easier and I’m never truly hungry.

Thank you for the advice!
