I am...
1, Counting macros and tracking them on loseit app.
2, Cycling approved diets periodically.
3, Checking Health body reports every 6 months.
4, Using sugar as much I use weed or alcohol. Using monk fruit sweetener and stevia instead.
5, Taking sufficient vitamins and non-FDA approved good stuff if I feel I need - Vitamin D, Collagen etc.
6, Mindful in eating and everyday life in general.
7, Using less preserved foods and more organic stuff and executing a well planned grocery shopping.
8,Switching to non Teflon utensils because I’m cooking a lot at home mostly (atleast since I watched the movie Dark Waters recently).
9, doing Skin care - Moisturize and Face serum oils, Hair care - Aveda products and a healthy routines mostly, Dental care - twice a day with a good electronic brush.
10, 26M and I give equal importance to taking care of my mental health because I pretty much fit the profile of Patrick Bateman from American Psycho - only considering above though (as in the character probably does these off-screen in the movie too) - all it takes is one push to break someone.
To me process of losing weight always seemed like something that stems from a positive lifestyle change - associating good habits in the process will help you value your effort to make your overall health better. It takes time though, a healthy lifestyle change is never ending and very slow. External influences test patience, tempts us to give up, maybe we will but gotta just stick on to it and get right back to it.
I have mentioned my random 10 from the stuff I do. What are yours? Let reddit know.
