I listened to two episodes of her podcast and liked it. Then I got her book from the library. I wasn’t even sure if I’m a binger or more of a snacker. But, I’m only halfway through the book and I have not snacked, emotionally grazed, treat-rewarded myself, or any of the other food bullshit for a week now!
Night snacks are my huge problem. I don’t eat enough throughout the day, and then I make up for it and then some at night.
I had been reading posts here to stay motivated when I saw a few people mentioning either her book or podcast. I can’t completely say why her logic landed with me so effectively, but I’ll take the win! With a lot of gratitude to y’all! 🙏
