Today is my birthday and I lost 18 lbs from my starting weight of 150 lbs. It's a wonderful birthday gift. I am so surprised that I still managed to lose some weight despite being on medications that make me want to eat all the time and PCOS. Calorie counting simply works. Also looking for food swaps when you want to munch on something. The medications I'm on make me want to snack all the time so I always have cucumbers and jicama all the time. These veggies are mostly made up of water so they not only nake me feel full they also hydrate. I'm now at my pre-medication weight so I am definitely happy about this milestone however I still have some way to go because my BMI is still not normal. Here's to reaching our goals!
