Sore Teeth From Running an Aggressive Caloric Deficit?

So the title essentially says it all. I have been running a daily calorie deficit of around 1500 and one of the most annoying things about it, besides the fatigue and brain fog, is that my teeth get sore. I don't think I am grinding them, but I guess maybe I am?

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this or knows why this might be happening. FWIW, I take supplements like a multi-vitamin and also get at least 1600 calories in a day as I am creating a significant portion of this deficit through exercise.

The rest of this is filler to make the length requirement:

I know I cannot continue to run a massive deficit for too much longer. I am also going to start hitting the gym this weekend and obviously don't want to hurt myself, therefore will probably be running closer to a 1,000-12500 deficit. That said, losing weight at over 3 lbs a week for two months straight has been a big plus to keep me motivated. Its weird when I stall out for like 5 days and then all of a sudden lose 4-5 pounds overnight.
