Question about a 5k cheat day

So yesterday was my birthday and I decided to have a free for all for the big 30 and consumed roughly around 5000 cal after inputting everything in MFP. I've been consistently sticking to 1400 cal/day for 9 months with an occasional maintenance day every now and then. My question is what would be the best to reset myself to get back on my original diet without sabotaging everything I've worked hard for. I've hit my goal weight a few times in the past few weeks and dont want to throw away everything for one enjoyable day. Should I drop down to 1200 cal/day for a few weeks or continue sticking to 1400? I workout 6-7days a week using weights and cardio for 40mins-90mins/day. I only do home workouts using YouTube (Sydney Cummings in reference to what I do each day)
