Anyone else REALLY struggle on weekends?

29F here, SW156, CW137, GW135. I was strong for so many weekends. I’d have a few extra treats but stay in my calorie goal.

But these last couple of months, it’s felt impossible to do that. We’ve had a celebration of some sort (this weekend: a wedding plus our one-year wedding anniversary; last weekend, a birthday party for a close friend; prior to that, a weekend trip to wineries by the beach with family) almost every single weekend and I’m getting so discouraged because I’ve gained a half a pound and can’t seem to stay on track. I try to bounce right back the next day but it still takes me days to get the water weight off from salt and booze. I’m also feeling hopeless because we have even more celebrations plus a two-day work conference for me coming up in October.

In the past, I’ve taken my own food to places to stay on track or abstained completely but this just isn’t feasible sometimes (such as when going out to dinner or weddings). I eat very healthy and stay in range during the week but it feels like weekends are killing my progress. Anyone else struggling with this as well and/or have any tips or advice for staying on track on weekends?
