32, F, 159lbs, 5'5
Having a hard time finding the right amount of calories to eat daily.. can't do any less than 1550 or i'm starving! I walk or light jog 3 miles everyday.
Any sweet tooth alternatives? I get the munchies in the evening. So far i've been resorting to spitz and popcorn. Any other suggestions?
Backstory: Fairly thin my entire life. Had a baby in 2017. Pre-baby weight was 132lbs. I only gained 27lbs during my pregnancy. 3 months PP I was down to 139lbs. Then, I went on Zoloft for PPA/PPD and the pounds just creeped on... and have been the last 1.5 year, but ive gained 15lbs in the past 6 months alone. I just finished tapering off Zoloft last week and am hoping this helps me lose some of the weight.
