I calculate my TDEE as “sedentary”, but I’m not actually. How much am I burning as a nurse?

I average about 10k-13k steps per day, 12 hour shifts as a nurse. I do not run and my heart rate is never elevated. I don’t really break a sweat, and there is sitting throughout the day.

I’m a 28 year old male so I really don’t think walking burns much...

When I calculate my TDEE it’s around 2000 right now for my stats (5’6”, 174lbs).

I’m currently eating 1200 calories per day with the occasional failed day of 1500. I have been doing this for 4 months and have felt no adverse effects. Down 30lbs.

I’m just wondering what my accurate TDEE would be considering that activity level.

Thanks!
