I kind of fell of track a bit, haven't been able to work out due to injury and business with school and had a couple binges/days where I went waaayy over 1200 cals like probably 1000 calories over. I was nervous to weigh myself and I finally did this morning and I was 119...2 lbs gained which is way better than I was expecting since I feel super bloated. Sunday/Monday I went way over, tuesday I ate 1400 calories, yesterday and today I ate around 1000, not forcibly just wasn't really too hungry. My question is this, typically after you go off track does the damage show up on the scale immediately or does it take a week or so for the scale to reflect it. Basically I am wondering if I am going to see the scale go up more or if I get back on track it will go down again. Its probably been about 2 weeks of inconsistant eating/not tracking and not working out.
Before I got off track I think that I was not eating enough (1200/day) for how much I was working out because I was having a lot of trouble sleeping because I was so hungry so it was probably not bad to take a little bit of time off of dieting. Although besides exercise I am pretty sedentary.
