Healthiest way to follow an extreme fitness/diet?

i am severely unhappy with my body. its shallow but its true and losing weight and getting fit will do wonders for my peace of mind

a bit of back story, i was reasonably fit in my younger teens (i was always naturally curvy def tho and have a hourglass figure) but then i had to go on meds that made me gain close 80+ pounds in less than a year. i had been steadily gaining weight before that but am now extremely depressed over my body. atm i'm a 19 yr old 5'7 and 240lbs female and have already lost a bit of weight. i need to lose more tho and i want to do it as fast as possible while also being able to maintain it and making sure i am healthy about it! i am very scared of lose skin or fucking up my body any more than i already have!

  • what is the minimum amount of calories/foods i can eat in a day without going into starvation/wrecking havoc on my body?
  • i have been walking a lot but am completely lost on how to get started in the gym. could someone rec a great workout plan?
  • i want to get as lean as possible, whats the best way to do this?

any advice and recs would be much appreciated thanks!
