13 Year Old Malevneeds to lose 15-16 pounds.

I’m 5’3, 125 pounds,Eighth Grade, do baseball every spring(but I suck) and I’m a Boy Scout. When not doing anything I’ll play video games and chill - trying to exercise/walk more but can’t find motivation. I don’t have lots of stamina and after trying to run I have to walk a quarter mile up hill, which makes me hate it. I have lost 6-7 pounds this year so far due to summer camp and hiking. I try to eat well but I’m very picky and hate certain textures in my mouth. Wondering if there is any ways that I can lose weight and eat healthier easier since school started.

Ill cut out foods but don’t want to go on a full on diet that my mom suggested. I don’t have much upper body strength and can’t do push ups. Any suggestions? Help appreciated
