I've been using different kinds of TDEE calculators daily but I'm really not sure how much calories I burn because they all differ, and I'm not really sure what category my exercise falls under.
I'm a male, 16, and 137 lbs, and I workout 2 times a day. (1 week straight then a day of rest)
I do a boxing workout day consisting of 6 sets of:
50 jab-cross punches
50 squats
50 jab-uppercuts
50 situps
A 50 count plank, and
50 back extensions
Note: After every individual workout I do 50 high knees
It usually takes me around 40 to 50 minutes to finish at a moderate pace and I ramp up my pace higher once in a while to get that HIIT in.
After around 6 hours I'll do bodyweight strength training for 20-30 mins. I use a app called Home Workout and pick out 2 workouts from the advanced section.
I keep my rest to a modest 5 seconds per workout and a 3 minute rest per actual set.
I also like to move around alot, like shadowboxing for no apparent reason and dance along to some Playboi Carti songs, if that makes a difference.
What do you think is the most accurate TDEE calculator and which exercise category do you think I fall under?
