Hi all,
I'm having a really hard time creating a meal plan or something to follow that is within my calorie deficit / macros, which is currenly annoying as a vegetarian. I hate having to find all the calories of everything so have tried to create a recipe tracker but haven't found a method that sticks.
SO. Curious how you all do this. Do you just eat the same thing every day? Do you have a fun worksheet or way to capture recipes? Tell me your tips/tricks so I can finally get over this stupid mental block. TIA!
