I am a 19 year old male. I weigh 116kg and am 191cm tall. I just calculated my TDEE and it said that my daily calories usage is 3500. This seems incredibly high. I put lifestyle to moderate exercise (i work a standing job where I easily get 10000 steps per shift and I do 30 minutes of fast walking/jogging every single day), but even when I put it to sedentery it still gives me 2700. Can this really be right? I am aiming for around 1500-1800 calories currently, and I am losing weight. 3500 calories just seems wayyyy too high. Has anyone had any experience with checking if their TDEE really is accurate or something?
