I've been feeling down in the last couple of days because I haven't been losing weight as fast as I had done previously, but since then I've become a mother and I know it's harder to lose weight after that so I've been trying to stay positive and remind myself my body cannot maintain its weight at the calories I'm now eating so will go down again eventually. (Eating around 1100kcal - 1500kcal daily at 235lbs for anyone interested with roughly 200-500kcal burnt through exercise atleast 3days a week)
Anyway after feeling down for the last couple of days I decided I wouldn't do what I always do and give up, instead I went for a walk/run and manage to do 4 miles in 1 hour which is a pretty good start for me so now I'm feeling positive and I've set my weekend up to be great!
