I made it through the weekend without binging!

So, I find it pretty easy to be good during the week, with my work and evening routines. Weekends are much harder as they have always been pretty bad food wise, my partner and I would watch Netflix and just eat embarrassing amounts of food. I have this association between movies and snacks, where I feel I can't enjoy movies without snacks.

I use Nutracheck, and I have Saturday set to be my cheat day, so I knew I was going to have some crisps and chocolate, but within calorie count. I went slightly over, but not too bad. Come Sunday, and facing into an unpleasant Monday morning, my anxiety/depressive tendencies kicked in and I was majorly craving more food and snacks. I spent like 45 minutes debating whether to just order burgers and be done with it, or go to the shop and buy a multipack of bars to eat. Instead, we ordered a portion of Chinese sweet and sour chicken balls, and I had half of one portion (approx 280 calories for the half), and I had a couple of chocolate bars that were in the house, small 99 calorie ones that didn't put me over. So, yes, I had some bold food, but I very much held myself accountable for it and didn't mindlessly binge.

Tl;dr - I normally eat enough for a small village at weekends, but my desire to do better made me be accountable this weekend so I still had snacks but within calorie count.
