I'm over budget but I'm learning a lot about food

Today is my second day of trying to track calories. I've done this before but I'm taking it more serious this time. Today I ate over 89 calories so far and I have some serious sugar cravings due to not drinking alcohol.

I didn't weigh all of the ingredients in my prepped lunches because I made those before I decided to log everything as precisely as I could.

Even though I'm probably going over by more than 100-200 calories, I'm learning about how many calories are in certain types of food. For example, I didn't realize there are so many calories in cheese. I ate almost 600 calories just in cheese yesterday! I also found out that asparagus is low in calories, like 50 calories for 12 spears!

So yeah, I may not be doing it exactly the way I should. I may be underestimating some things on accident but I'm doing it and I'm learning. So for me, it's a win.

I'll be coming here a lot to get support, tips, and advice. I have about 70 pounds to lose.
